Apple Red Currant Smoothie with Camping Stories



This one was particularly delicious! I share some very fond memories and funny stories of camping with the family over the years.

Smoothie Ingredients:
1 fuji apple cut up (leave the skin on for extra fiber)
Handful of red currants
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter for protein
1/8 teaspoon of ginger paste (or powder)
2-3 cups of Laban (or plain Kefir)

Blend well.
