Elisa here, head chef at We’re doing something a little differently than we usually do. You see… each week, we send our WarriorMade community members follow along workouts that they can do from the comfort of their own home. And… we send them meal plans and recipes to whip up healthy and low carb home cooked meals. In fact… you usually see me behind the kitchen counter.
